Jeylan engineering services provides a range of maintenance, repair, supply and installation services for mechanical machinery in all types of industries throughout Australia with a focus on NSW and the Eastern States.

We specialise in the maintenance & repair of machinery and equipment for bulk material handling industries (such as cement, grain, agriculture, product manufacturing or mining), which use conveying systems and silos.

While we usually work on-site due to the nature of the heavy machinery and equipment we work on, we also carry out certain work in our own workshop and yard, for example rebuilding and repairing compressors and the refurbishment of mobile batch plant equipment. Our facilities allow for mobile silos to come to us for major rebuilds.

Bulk Material Handling Equipment - Engineering Services

These are some of the usual services we provide for bulk material handling equipment and machinery, particularly industrial conveying equipment.

Belt & Screw Conveyors

We inspect, maintain and repair belt conveyors and screw conveyors. We also supply, install and repair conveyor parts, such as replacement belts, head and tail pulleys, belt cleaners and idlers for belt conveyors, and new screws, casings, lids etc. for screw conveyors. We can carry out regular inspections and maintenance and cleaning services to prevent failure of the belt conveyor or screw conveyor, including checking and adjusting belt speeds, tracking and alignment, conveyor transfer points etc.

Bucket Elevators

We are very experienced in the repair and maintenance of bucket elevators. Among the services we provide for these are the supply and fitting of new belts and buckets, implementing service schedules, supplying and fitting of new head and tail pulleys, rebuilding head and boot or complete refurbishes.

Silo Maintenance & Cleaning

We are specialised in the service, repair and cleaning of silos and silo vents, servicing silo dust collectors, replacing hand rails and ladder upgrades, and any other type of silo repair, maintenance or cleaning. We have ongoing maintenance contracts with a number of clients for cement silos and grain silos. We are fully OH&S compliant and all our staff hold appropriate certification including Confined Space certificates.

Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Our team is experienced in the supply and installation of pneumatic conveying lines for the cement industry and other uses. We can maintain your entire system or repair and fit new pipelines, channel back bends, vents, filters, valves, receivers, level indicators and repair or install new storage tanks. We will do whatever we can to keep the pneumatic conveying system operating efficiently.

Dust Collectors

We maintain and repair dust collectors, particularly industrial dust collectors, those on top of silos or other large conveying systems. We can supply and fit entire new units or only new bags, cartridges, ducting or any other parts that need replacing. We have complete maintenance programs for dust collectors and can also do major dust collector rebuilds.

Compressors, Fans & Blowers

Any kind of air compressor, fan or blower that needs maintenance or repair can be entrusted to us. We service most brands and are particularly experienced in servicing Betico mobile compressors. We offer a complete rebuild service for compressors, blowers and fans, a regular maintenance service, supply of Betico compressor power pack, maintenance and service of screw compressors, mobile diesel stationary blowers, and anything else that needs fixing on industrial blowers, fans and compressors.

Metal Fabrication

We can custom-design metal parts for your machinery or mechanical equipment according to your drawings and specific requirements. Our metal fabrication services include the production of small to medium parts such as ladders, pipes, bends, or any piece or part of equipment for conveyor systems, bucket elevators or compressors, for example.

Air Slides

We repair and maintain air slides and air slide conveyor systems for cement plants and other uses including fly ash and gypsum. We supply and fit new mats, and can repair and service all parts such as casings, air ducts, valves, chutes, gates and flow controls.
